Kaspersky's easier-activating 2012 security software won't activate for anyone

Kaspersky is a security company which has complied with the software is considered among the best. Earlier this week, it released new versions of its security products (Internet Security 2012 and Antivirus 2012, but for some reason the U.S. site continues to sell the product 2011). This is not a problem. The problem is that those who have existing keys can not activate the new versions.

As stated on the kaspersky forum, people who have existing licenses, who worked on their products in 2011 can not get the activation key to work with version 2012.Instead they are greeted by the error message above.

What is even more ironic is that when e-mails highlighting new releases came out to existing customers, forum posts indicate that users were angry because the download links are not working.In other words, customers were frustrated because they could not get the new software, and now they have the software, the software will not be activated.

Patience is a virtue not always under control (hard-won personal experience).

Wait until this is investigated. A final 30-day trial and a patch will be released before .... meanwhile, it does not really help anyone repeatedly post about this issue, certainly embarrassing. If the solution is to contact technical support request a replacement code to nine, then it will be posted here.

So the advice would be to wait and use the activation process until all information is available instead of posting the same Over & Over. Again it will be posted here if it will request a new code or if KL will be able to correct via the activation servers.
